Nicholette L. Shell
President and Principal Consultant

Nicholette started her talent acquisition career with a global engineering consulting firm, and later joined a boutique search firm focused on manufacturing, engineering consulting, and utility industries. In 2005, Nicholette founded The Shell Group, Inc., a small business offering unbundled talent acquisition advisory and HR consulting services utilizing research-based techniques.

A key to The Shell Group’s success has been Nicholette’s commitment to establishing a dynamic, aggressive process. Her creative approach is illustrated by her persistence to uncover hidden talent. Nicholette serves as the Principal Consultant, working alongside her team of researchers and talent advisors.
